Looking at an image from a different perspective can be very interesting. However, you have to have just the right image, other wise it just looks strange.
Today’s floating illusion still looks strange, but it’s also a pretty great photo optical illusion, at least in my opinion!
These two strapping young lads appear to be floating, only to be stopped by the top of a bridge or other stone structure. But, is this floating illusion really what it appears to be?
Of course not, or it wouldn’t be on an optical illusion website!
If you can’t figure out this floating illusion, just turn the image upside down. (Or right side up?) You’ll see that they aren’t floating in the air, but laying on a cement or rock slab that juts out into the water. The buildings and bridges in the background are actually the reflections of the real things in the surrounding water. Such a simple illusion, but it still has an interesting impact!
just wanted to share the location info: the photo depics Ponte Vecchio in Florence, Italy.
