I love funky animals, and nature, and just all things weird in nature in general. Strange deformities, natural optical illusions—you name it! If it’s weird and funky, I love it! Chances are, you’ve probably seen some weird and funky natural objects and animals yourself. (Remember our 10 natural optical illusions for Earth Day??) But, I’ll bet you’ve never seen a two headed giraffe before….
There! Now you can safely tell all of your friends that you’ve seen a two headed giraffe! And, it’s on the Internet, so you know what that means….it’s TRUE! All of it.
Okay, so maybe it’s not completely true, but it was probably convincing enough to get you looking a little closer, right? That’s okay, you can admit it. I was.
So, what’s the secret?
If you look really close, you can just barely see that the second head comes from a second giraffe. He just happens to be standing so that his legs and body are hidden behind the giraffe in the foreground.
