After trying to figure out that key puzzle yesterday, I figured you guys needed something a little less complicated. Today’s photo illusion was sent to us by Matteo through the Mighty Optical Illusions Facebook page. It’s a little fuzzy, but that doesn’t make it any less of an interesting illusion…
At this point, you’re probably wondering to yourself, “what’s the illusion?” If that’s the case, don’t feel bad! It took me a little while to figure out this photo illusion. At flirts glance it just looks like a fuzzy photo with palm trees against a storm sky. But, sometimes it’s all in how you look at things.
Now, take a look at this photo illusion from a different angle…
All we needed to see this photo illusion was to flip it upside down. The stormy sky wasn’t a stormy sky at all, but a small body of water, and the trees are reflections in the water. It’s a pretty common and simple photo illusion, but it’s still pretty cool! If you agree, make sure you take a second to rate this with five stars below!
I just had a cool image of a camera zooming in towards the lake and flipping and then going into the lake where the place is then storming. that would be so cool as a transition.
I think you missed what it really might be. Some companies are disguising their cell phone towers as trees. This extra tall tree is oddly symmetrical compared to the other trees in the shot. The other trees also show long fronds which are missing on this tree. I include this link to other disguised towers as possible proof this is a cell tower hiding in plain sight.
