Search For a Perfect Circle

Thomas found this optical illusion while watching the Channel 4 TV game show called “The Search”. Contestants are flown around the world and have to solve clues and puzzles to win a £50,000 prize in gold. They were taken to the 13th century ruins of the Sal Galgano abbey in Italy were a perspective puzzle had been made, from one spot in the abbey a perfect circle could be seen from the miss match of circle sections and on that spot their clue was buried. “I have attached some screen shots two of the perfect circle they needed to find, one of one of the contestants standing in-between sections of the circle showing a better view of the perspective and another photo of other circle sections. Hope you enjoy!” -Thomas Welton, University of Leeds UK. I love these, they were first started by Felice Varini, check it for more!
