Save The Animals Poster by WWF

World Wildlife Fund (or just WWF in short) is an organization we mentioned few times in our past. It’s an organization which protects endangered wildlife and environments, tackles climate change and promotes sustainable use of resources. But what WWF also does, it creates one hell of a memorable billboard campaigns. To raise awareness around their cause, they need their message to stand out and differentiate itself from the rest. And what could be better to promote this worthy cause than using a poster with built in game, one that traps you into the world of rainforest wildlife? Not only have I learned one interesting fact today – that rainforests only cover 7% of our planet but harbor more than 50% of the world’s species – I’ve also learned there is pile of hidden animals present in this poster below. Open the picture in full-size (by clicking on it) and see how many hidden animals you can find. Let the games begin!

1. Found a Snake, Koala’s, Red Panda, Tiger, Lion, Monkey, Orangutan, Alligator, Parakeet, Horse, Elephant, lizard and a Wild Boar. Possible that there is an elk or antelope around the upper middle of the pic.

2. Gecko, Aligator/Crocodile, chimpanzee, warthog, snake, parot, koala (& baby), cat (lioness?), orangutan, toucan, cat (lepoard/panther?), sloth, elephant [rough order left to right]

3. That is a beautiful picture and I like the way you can see more animals in it the longer you look. My first attempt without full size, I spotted about 5, after a slightly longer look in full size view, I can see at least 11.

A worthwhile cause, some interesting info and, as you say, a fun game all in 1 awesome image.

4. Love this post – it reminds me of a bit in the book “Hatchet” be Gary Paulsen when the boy learns how to hunt by seeing the forest differently.

5. What a beautiful painting and a very neat way to bring attention to the destruction of the rainforest.

I found iguana, warthog, snake, chimpanzee, parrot, tiger, crocodile, koala & baby koala, orangutan, lioness (or second tiger??) elephant.

6. Lizard
Warthog

Alligator
Monkey
Parrot
Koala with baby
Sloth
Elephant
Bear
Orangutan
Leopard

7. I’ve spotted a few critters but I just plain like the art work. It’s sort of etherial. Nice one.

8. I liked this one!

warthog

sloth
parrot
monkey
koalla
tiger
toucan

9. Great pic with LOTS of animals. Not sure if it would work as a billboard though. You would drive by before figuring out that there are animals in the design and the text would be too small to read. It would be great as a centerspread in a magazine.
seen: elephant, big cat and tiger, orangutan, koala and baby, parrat, gator, snake, sloth, gorilla, lizard. so far…

10. i found a parrot, elephant, snake, monkey, boar, crocodile, bear, tiger (?), coala bear, geeko, monkey, bat..

OM. i see other things aside from animals.. maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. haha.

11. It’s worth noteing that the animals are not photgraphically real, as if they were in that forest. Their images are embedded in the other elements of the picture.

12. I can see a wild boar, a crocodile, a lizard, a chimpanzee, a tiger, a baboon, a lion, a sloth, an elephant, a parrot and two really cute koalas <3 :)

13. WOW!!!

This is easily the best of the “spot the object” illusions, but I wouldn’t want to walk through this forest! :-)

I count 13, but there are probably more.

14. Love this picture!
I think I’m recognizing the following animals:

Chamaeleon in the leftest tree
Python on the ground
Warthog above
Aligator above
Chimpanzee behind the rock
Tiger on trunk in the center
Macaw top center
Alongside the Koala with baby on the tree
Orang-utan behind the fern
Toucan above
Panther on the next trunk
Sloth above and a giant elephant on the very right

Any others?
I’ve donated to the WWF in the past.
We should all do a little bit to save our world.

15. I can see 13

Lizard
Warthog
Crocodile
Chimp
Tiger
parrot
koala bear
Orangutan
Snake
Tucan
Sloth
Leopard
Elephant

Can we also have the answers please

16. cool! this is really cool! lil freaky though. looks like dead animals covered in moss and formed together to look like a tree. nice illusion though

17. I can make out 12 animals. There are probably more.
The one I found the most difficult is the biggest one;)

18. *SPOILERS!!*

I spotted the following :

1. A warthog
2. A crocodile
3. A tiger
4. A lion
5. A python/anaconda
6. A gecko-like thing; chameleon?
7. Koala bears (mummy and baby)
8. An elephant
9. A toucan
10. A parrot
11. A chimpanzee
12. A babboon
13. A sloth

What did I miss??

19. Ahh! When the screen is opened up to the bigger picture you do truly see the bigger picture! There are far too many animals for me to mention although I will mention my favourite. The elephant that is jutting out of the tree on the right love it. What an excellent advertising campaign.

20. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this as well as the other one you did like this with the man on a horse run through the grass of animals… I love it

21.

I’m not sure this is the numbers you need. Anyway this is about bonsai trees. The best bonsai is trained to look as much like a naturally grown and aged tree as much as possible. The plate full of pine grove I sent would certainly be mistaken for the full sized hilltop grove if the dish were cropped from the picture. Look at some others.

22. Of all the places one can hide these animals, why did they choose a place where they do certainly are most of the times. The forest is a home to all these animals. What is your point of hiding it in a forest, which is really home to them.

??????????????????????????????????

1. @tony – the point of hiding the animals in their native environment is to draw attention to the idea that without this environment there would be no animals…

2. In a tropical old world rainforest, especially in Asia, most animals are NOT so easily seen. If you are trekking in a rainforest, say in SE Asia, you may be disappointed at the lack of wildife. The reality is the wildlife is watching your every step.

23. Ohhh I love this picture. Very nice forest scene with the additions of all the animals hidden it it. This is a great campaign.

24. Elephant, Orangutan, Tucan, Koalas, Gator/Croc,Lizard, Snake, Lemur, Chimpanzee, Panther/Leopard, Tiger, Parrot. 12 I can find.

25. Well so far I have found 18 (possible 19)
From right to left

Baby Elephant
Elephant
Sloth
Monkey
Leopard
Toucan
Orangutan
Baby koala
Koala
Tiger
Parrot
Snake
Turtle
Chimpanzee
Gorilla (possible)
Crocodile
Alligator
Owl
Lizard

1. Oh yes I see; what I thought was the aligator is a warthog.
Is the frog just above the Leopard?

I think ther may be a young Orangutan at the top of the picture – above the older one.
So that would make 20.

I keep thinking there must be a panda somewhere but I can’t see one

26. how about the rabbit at the lower left beside the snake? i can’t seem to find the baby elephant and the owl..

27. is it just me or is there a big panda bear head? look at the 2 holes of the trees on the right hand side. those are kind of like the eyes…the snout is those ferns at the bottom…

28. I know there are so many more that i am unable to see or i’ve been looking at too long!!
1:elephant
2:baby elephant
3:parrot
4:tucan
5:owl
6:lg camillian
7:alligator
8:koala bear 9:her cub
10:taranula

15:tiger
16:cougar
17:snake
18:alpacs
19:wolf
20:crocodile

29. This is wonderful. First animal I saw was the snake, DON’T like snakes but they’re being destroyed by man like the other animals, and the world is a poorer place without all the animals. Brilliant art work, very clever and the detail is fantastic. Can I buy the poster anywhere

31. I’ve found most of the animals you mentioned. Cant find the eagle, turtle, wolf, and the human face. The only Panda I see is the one at the bottom right corner on the WWF logo. LOL

32. Uhhh, why is the national flag of India up there by the first few comments? And where is the wolf? PS my dad is in india.

33. I found 19 and one guerrilla soldier on top of the elephant on the right. The soldier is on the same tree as the elephant and is on top looking down.

34. There was a book that had images like these when I was a child that I loved. It also asked you to try to find the animals. Anyone know what i’m talking about? I’n trying to see if it’s still around.
