you dont need photoshop if you use windows there should be a program called paint which works just fine. find it by doing this…
1. Click the Start Menu
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. Click Paint
and there ya go
my dad has photoshop and he spent all of £5 on it so i think you need to check your prices s bit more closely dufus!!!
