What’s Next…? Optical Illusion Furniture!

Now here’s something you don’t see every day. Did you know that furniture could hold “optical illusion” characteristics as well? Sure thing, we had illusionary bottle holders, and all kind of designer games like Tic-Tac-Toe n’ stuff, but I don’t recall actual user-friendly furniture that would trick the eye?! Closest thing I can remember were all those illusion painted floors and walls. Well, this time I found some quite amazing everyday-life objects you use repeatedly. Check this little table! Doesn’t it look like it’s levitating? More surprises, including additional tables, stools, rugs… we even included Water faucets made of glass! Now hurry and find your favorite. I like first table the most, but the “Magic Faucets” look most realistic. Do you share my view? Thanks for visiting our website repeatedly. More awesome stuff will be published soon!

  1. i can’t see how the first table looks like it levitates.. to me its just a glass table that is made to look like there’s a cloth on it.

  2. I like the glass ones, and the paintings with faces shadows, it looks freaky, but then also normal when the sun’s not out in that exact position…( maybe not ) and the table with the red cushion thingy… all of them, but not 5, 6, 15 and 16… dont get it…

  3. The table is awesome. I’be afraid that it would break. Could it be made with plexiglass? The lighbulb made me smile, the rug has a nice effect and the faces are neat too.

  4. Man, I wish those tables didn’t look so plastic-y, or I’d buy one in a heart beat. Also, the chess set is cool, but I don’t know if it qualifies as an illusion, since you can see the little shelves the pieces stand on pretty clearly. It’s still a very, very cool concept!

Is there anywhere you can buy this stuff?

  5. liked the red and white chair and table, and the black and white stools. the profiles were quite interesting too.

  6. #5: I think the idea is that it looks like it’s a cloth with no table under it. And Ronds: I think the rug is one of those classic illusions where the lines are perfectly straight but they look like they curve. At least that’s my best. Cool illusions by the way–I really like the one with the faces on the wall.

  7. XD! i love the glass! and the faces were good too… but i dont understand the last one… is it suppose to look like its rising?

  8. Wow I love all of these! The teacup and light bulb one are so charming and simple. And the rug that looks like stairs! Wonder where you can find those. And yeah, the tables are awesome. If all of these furnitures were placed in one room, it would certainly freak out the guests.

  9. Those are wonderful. I really like the table and the cool cloth where there are no legs and it appears to float.

  10. this is one of the most beautiful , most creative object I have seen in ages. I am totally in love with this table. I don’t know who created this wonderful ,flowing, functional object, but as an Artist I am so envious and at the same time in awe of such creativity. I really want to know the maker of this mighty fine piece of art

  11. Lol…I would love to see somebody try and sit on the red chair and miscaculate the difference. That would be me :P.

  12. I love them all,but I extra love the chess set.Why,you ask?Because it’s a game,fused with the illusion the pieces are floating!
