Book Face Cover Illusion

An interesting photo found its way to my mailbox today. The optical illusion is obvious, and variations have been seen numerous times on this website. I like how creative, yet simple it is to make these, while on the other hand they produce quite funny effect. Do you like these kind of funny illusions? If the answer is yes, check “Magazine Face“, “Geisha Illusion“, and few dozen more from the Transparent Screens category. You can also try and make your own versions, and send them to me. I promise I’ll publish the most creative ones, or even put them all together inside a future post. What do you think?

  1. What does “An interesting photo found it is way to my mailbox today.” supposed to mean? Please, remove that apostrophe, for Christ’s Sake!

  2. omfg wtf when is this site going to actually get some real illusions! i love the others you used to post on the igoogle things but they are getting lamer and lamer

  3. i like the illusion, simple but effective, and for crying out loud people if you don’t like the illusion you don’t need yell about it, i you would like different illusions why don’t you send him some

  4. This must be the best picture this site has ever posted, you can just see the arms of a little man living in the book who is holding a big poster of a woman sitting down reading, its total guinness.

I have a better idea, ask a friend to stand behind you then put his arms out under your arms and do silly things like scratch your chin while scratching your head and rubbing your eyes. It looks like you have 4 arms, wow, its incredible and so original I am glad I thought of it first, if I take a picture maybe it would get on this site?

And no I am not sarcastic, thats just childish to suggest such a thing. I just simply have not got anything better to do at this moment in time, a bit like you for wasting your time reading this far. Anyway I am off to the pub for a couple of pints of guinness now that is genius. And no it does not taste better in Ireland, your on holiday or at a wedding or a funeral, which always make alcohol taste better. Are you still reading this?

  5. some of you are really harsh. from the title of the book, it’s obviously a mother and daughter, so of course the hair and face don’t match exactly. that would seem to be the point of the gag.

  6. that is stupid and i really don’t think it is that good at all i really think that if you want to make an illusion make it a good one if i had to rate i would rate a 0

  7. very good i dunno why all og u lot ar so critical its a good illusion and just cos the hair is a different colour doesnt meen its bad
