Mighty Optical Illusions

Red Cross Transparent Billboard

As I wrote in my posts before, rarely something grabs an audience’s attention more effectively than a clever optical illusion. The Cool Hunter shares my opinion, which I’m really glad. Let’s see if he notices our link and links us back :) This wonderful mobile transparent billboard for The Red Cross, is currently gracing the streets of San Francisco, using the power of optical illusion to shock viewers in its earthquake-awareness campaign. Sony also used optical illusions for their Bravia LCD. I really like this newest addition to our Billboards category. There were some similar campaigns whose purpose was to shock it’s audience and rise the awareness to certain society problems. Just remember The Longest Night initiative, as well as Amnesty International’s “It happens not here, but now!” campaign. I like everything that has something to do with charity, and helping people…
