One of our faithfull visitors, Leo Sakari submitted this awesome optical illusion. We had simmilar ones in the past, like: “Two Monoliths”, “Flowers”, “2 Arrows”, “Lines in a street”, “Soldiers”, “Lines no.2”… but in a way, I think this one shows you the best how your eyes & brain can decive you! This is the description of following illusion: “The black (bold) line in the back seems much longer than the one in the front because your brain assumes it is seeing the effect of perspective. When the background is removed, the lines are seen to be equal”.
