Paul Francis writes: “In case you do not know, the “Big Ten” is one of the biggest atheletic conferences for division 1A colleges in the United States. The Big Ten actually has 11 teams in it as Penn State was added to the conference in the 90’s. If you look at the logo below, you will notice that it shows an “11” in black.
